
In module Activities you have a full history of the relations with your contacts, including the planned activities. Adding this information to your contacts will help meeting the challenge of integrating and managing the whole life cycle of your customers and contacts – perfectly and effectively.
When creating an activity, the system allows entering a responsible employee and deadline. Even more, you could set the priority of the activity, activity status and additional notes.
Similar to module Contacts, in module Activities the users are able to design their own custom fields. In addition, they can also attach any electronic documents like the sent offer, technical specification and other supporting documents.
